Data Protection Policy (GDRP)
With the new Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which comes into force on May 25, 2018, we clarify what rights you have and inform about how and why we save some information about you.

By booking a room / local / service with us, you agree to our data protection policy and that we process your personal information.
Why do we need your information?
In order to complete the agreement with you, we need to register certain tasks. This is done in order for us to contact you in your billing questions, your booking, to update you about important questions regarding Hotel Bellevue’s business and to strengthen your identity. All data is used to provide, perform and improve our services and we collect only the information we have the right to lawfully make, through the agreement concluded or for other legitimate interests.
The information that may be saved about you is:
Personal information such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address and organization number.
Payment information such as card number and invoice information.
Historical information such as booking history as well as goods and services you purchased and details about these.
When booking, you agree that we will save the above information. By contacting us, you can easily see your information we have registered about you and make changes to them.
How long will we save your data?
We clean our registries from inactive guests and companies at least every 36th month, unless we need them to complete the agreement with you or any other lawful commitments.
For personal information, all information in paper format will be destroyed no later than 24h after departure.
Who is your information shared with?
We are very careful not to spread our records to unauthorized persons. In cases where we need to share your information with a supplier, hosting company or agency, we will ensure that they are transferred and managed in accordance with the GDPR regulatory framework. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision making.
Correction for Correction
If you have incorrect information about you, you have the right to have them corrected. You can easily change your information by phone (0503-120 00) or by mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Right to Delete
Inactive guests and businesses are usually deleted from our records after 36 months. You can ask to be deleted earlier than that. If we judge that we no longer need your information to complete the previous agreement with you or to comply with other statutory commitments, you will be deleted from our Guest Registry.
Right to registry extract
You are entitled to request an extract of the information we have saved about you. We will provide you with a copy of the personal data being processed at the request of registry extracts.
