Ever since the late 1800’s, Bellevue has been a popular meeting place. Here you have eaten and drunk well, enjoyed themselves and enjoyed themselves, conferred in a relaxed and pleasant environment. The hotel has always been strongly associated with the city of Hjo, its tourism and general development. First as a railroad hotel, then during the glorious days of the watercourse, and also during the 70’s expansion.
The current hotel building was created by the architect Hans-Erland Heineman and opened in 1971 the Midsummer 1971.
After extensive renovations in the early 2000’s, Hotel Bellevue is now a hotel that meets the demands of today’s travelers while at the same time gaining inspiration from our tradition.
